Kirsten Copeland

Kirsten entered the legal profession after a career as a precious metals exploration geologist. She holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Geology from Washington State University, and a Master of Science Degree in Geology from Michigan Technological University. Kirsten received her J.D. from the University of Arizona in 2002. Prior to opening her own practice in 2009, Kirsten practiced with Meyer Hendricks & Bivens and Lewis and Roca. Kirsten's practice focuses on litigation (commercial, construction, and real estate), as well as probate and estate planning.
Kirsten originally is from Seattle but has made the desert her home. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Jon, and hiking with her dogs.
Heather L. Fish

Heather is a paralegal with Copeland Law Offices, PLLC. She began her professional career in banking where she was a Vice President of Commercial Lending. She then became an owner/principal for a family owned business as well as a "stay at home" Mom. When returning to work, she became a Financial Advisor and subsequently attended law school. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Masters Certificate in Education from Arizona State University. Heather received her J.D. from Arizona Summit Law School in 2013 and was admitted to the State Bar of Minnesota in 2016. Her professional legal career began at Copeland Law in 2015 where she focuses on estate planning and probate and trust administration.
Heather is a native Phoenician who resides in the west valley. She enjoys spending time playing golf, tennis and hiking all over the valley with her dogs and girlfriends. She enjoys traveling and watching football and baseball.
Heather Weiler

Heather joined Copeland Law Offices in 2020 after a 22-year career with Intuit as a business/systems/data analyst and the all-around go-to person for advice, information and, "where-on-earth do I find this?"
Originally from Seattle, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in General Studies - Humanities at Washington State University which has turned out to be much more useful than she (or her parents) thought at the time. She has since pursued additional education in statistics and analysis. She handles firm administration for Copeland Law Offices and also tackles those projects that require particular perseverance and troubleshooting capabilities. After a 12-year stretch in Reno, Nevada where both her sons were born, Heather headed to Tucson, Arizona for sunshine. Apparently, 18 years of sun was too much as Heather currently makes her home in Chicago, Illinois with one of her adult sons and their two cats, Puffer and Penny.
Jeana Altom
Firm Administration
Jeana is a Paralegal/Office manager with Copeland Law Offices, PLLC. She hails from Texas, by way of Long Island New York, and now calls Arizona home. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications, with a Minor in French, from the State University of New York at Cortland. After graduating she began her career in the automotive finance industry and ventured into law upon completing her Paralegal Certificate in 2011. She spent ten years in corporate immigration and eventually relocated from Texas to Arizona to be closer to family. She has been with Copeland Law Offices since 2022. Jeana enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking trips to Texas and Washington, and exploring the wonders of Arizona. She also enjoys a good book, is an amazing cook and loves keeping up with Tucker, her rambunctious Boston Terrier.
Emma Offutt
Firm Administration
Emma is a paralegal with Copeland Law Offices, PLLC with 20 years of experience in the legal profession. She began her career as an accountant after earning her degree in Business Administration from Western New Mexico University in Silver City, New Mexico. Soon after she pivoted to the legal field and has been immersed in the legal landscape ever since. She is an advocate for the underdog and enjoys helping people in their time of need. She assists with the probate and civil caseload and enjoys working with clients and navigating the court process.
She hails from New Mexico and relocated to Arizona to be closer to family. Emma is a food enthusiast always on the lookout for new cuisine and enjoys exploring new destinations with her doting husband. She is the proud parent of two amazing daughters and the guardian of two mischievous felines.
Robin Bardwell
Firm Administration
Robin Bardwell manages the bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll for Copeland Law Offices, PLLC. Originally from Denver, Colorado where she enjoyed playing basketball in highschool and college and loved skiing and the Colorado outdoors, she settled down in Texas where she started her career at a major vehicle finance company. After 15 years she relocated to Long Island, New York where she worked 22 years for a small law firm that handled Wills, Estates, Real estate closings and restaurants. She managed the bookkeeping, accounting, accounts payable and receivables for the law firm and the several restaurants owned by the attorneys. In 2017, Robin relocated to Arizona after visiting family here for many years and loving the Arizona lifestyle and warm weather. She enjoys gardening, travel, cooking, swimming, spending time with her husband Mitch and two children, grand-child and grand dogs! On the weekends you can find her hiking, walking the neighborhood, out to lunch with her husband or watching the Denver Broncos (or Dallas Cowboys to appease her husband and daughter).
Tifani Tripp

Tifani transitioned into the legal field as an estate planning assistant with Copeland Law Offices, PLLC in 2021. With nearly a decade of experience as an office manager she has seamlessly transitioned her skills to thrive in the legal field. Based in Northen California, she excels in a remote work environment and is dedicated to providing top-notch assistance to clients.
Family is the core of Tifani's life, and she finds joy in spending her days with her son. On the weekends she enjoys spending time outdoors, going to the lake in the summer and camping with her husband, son and two loving dogs.
